fear isnt bad its just that mentally ill people sometimes have irrational fears that they obviously need to deal with, but that goes for any irrational emotions really, not just fear. and not everybody has these irrational emotions.
but i guess maybe im also unusually proud of my emotions, i always think theyre justified lol

i agree! only very confused people have irrational fears i believe

yes exactly! usually people are aware of the reason to their fears and it makes sense to have those fears. sometimes a fear is in the past already and u need to try it to see if it's really gone - that's kinda when i personally try to "push through my fears" but it's only when i start to suspect i'm not having that fear anymore, basically? heh

yeah! we can only successfully face fears when we are ready to face them and then theyre not fears anymore
